لا يجوز تحت طائلة البطلان لرئيس اللجنة أو الأعضاء أو الكاتب أو الخبراء أن يباشروا عملا يدخل
في حدود وظائفهم في الطلبات الخاصة بهم أو بأزواجهم أو أقاربهم أو أصهارهم حتى الدرجة
