أ- ينشأ في مديرية التسجيل سجل إلكتروني خاص بطلبات إزالة الشيوع يقيد فيه اسم مديرية
التسجيل المختصة وأسماء أطراف الطلب ورقم قيد الطلب وتاريخه باليوم والشهر والسنة ورقم
العقار المطلوب إزالة الشيوع فيه ورقم الحوض الذي يقع فيه واسمه واسم القرية التي يقع
فيها وأي بيانات متعلقة به حسب سجلات الدائرة.
ب- تثبت في السجل خلاصة القرارات النهائية للطلبات.
