اعادة المحاكمة
يعود طلب اعادة المحاكمة لمن يلي:-
أ-النائب العام العسكري.
ب-المحكوم عليه ولممثله الشرعي اذا كان عديم الاهلية او ناقصها.
ج-من اوكل له المحكوم عليه طلب الاعادة بوكالة قانونية.
د-أي من ورثة المحكوم عليه او الموصى له شريطة وجود مصلحة لهم في ذلك.
