للمحكوم عليه غيابيا أو بمثابة الوجاهي أن يعترض على الحكم في ميعاد عشرة أيام ابتداء من اليوم
الذي يلي تاريخ تبلغه الحكم وذلك باستدعاء يرفعه الى المحكمة التي أصدرت الحكم .
