اذا كان الظنين أو المشتكى عليه موقوفا وقضت محكمة الدرجة الاولى بالبراءة اطلق سراحه
فور صدور الحكم
بالرغم من استئنافه واذا قضت بعقوبة الحبس أو الغرامة اطلق سراحه فور انفاذها.
