اذا تضمن قرار الاتهام عدة جرائم غير متلازمة فللمحكمة أن تقرر من تلقاء نفسها أو بناء على
طلب ممثل النيابة أو
الدفاع أن لا يحاكم المتهمون بادىء ذي بدء الا عن بعض هذه الجرائم دون البعض الآخر.
