1 - تسجل خلاصة الحكم بعد صدوره في سجل المحكمة الخاص بالاحكام. ويحفظ أصل الحكم
. مع أوراق الدعوى العائدة اليه
2 - ترسل المحكمة الى النائب العام في نهاية كل خمسة عشر يوما من كل شهر جدولا
