1 - اذا لم يحكم على المتهم الغائب بعد استسلامه ومحاكمته مجددا فيسوغ للمحكمة أن
تعفيه من نفقات
المحاكمة الغيابية كما يسوغ لها ان تقرر نشر القرار الصادر لمصلحته في الجريدة الرسمية.
2 ( -مع مراعاة احكام الفقرة 2 ) ( من المادة 212 ) من هذا القانون تسري احكام هذا الفصل على
