ان استئناف النائب العام أو المدعي العام ينشر الدعوى بجميع جهاتها لدى محكمة الاستئناف
بحيث يكون لها
حق الحكم بما ترى أنه يجب على المحكمة أن تحكم به ما لم يكن واردا على جهة معينة ،
فيقتصر مفعوله على هذه الجهة.
