Article text
1 - مدة التقادم على عقوبة الاعدام والعقوبات الجنائية المؤبدة خمسة وعشرون سنة.
2 - مدة التقادم على العقوبات الجنائية المؤقتة ضعف مدة العقوبة التي حكمت بها المحكمة
. على أن لا تتجاوز عشرين سنة أو تنقص عن عشر سنين
3 - مدة التقادم على أية عقوبة جنائية أخرى عشر سنين.
