1 - تنفيذ الاحكام الجزائية
1 - يسمى قاضي تنفيذ العقوبة بقرار من النائب العام من بين المدعين العامين في كل

2 - يقوم قاضي الصلح مقام قاضي تنفيذ العقوبة في المراكز التي لا يوجد بها مدع عام.
3 : - يتولى قاضي تنفيذ العقوبة
. أ- إنفاذ الأحكام الجزائية وفقاً لأحكام هذا القانون
ب- مراقبة مشروعية تنفيذ العقوبات الجزائية وأي عقوبات مجتمعية مقررة في التشريعات
النافذة.
4 - تطبق العقوبات المجتمعية من خلال المديرية المختصة في وزارة العدل تحت إشراف قاضي
