يجري انفاذ عقوبة الاعدام بمعرفة وزارة الداخلية بناء على طلب خطي من النائب العام مبينا
فيه استيفاء الاجراءات المنصوص
عليها في المادة السابقة وبحضور الاشخاص الآتي ذكرهم:
1 - النائب العام أو أحد مساعديه.
2 . - كاتب المحكمة التي اصدرت الحكم
3 . - طبيب السجن أو طبيب المركز
4 . - أحد رجال الدين من الطائفة التي ينتمي اليها المحكوم عليه
5 . - مدير السجن أو نائبه
6 . - قائد الشرطة في العاصمة ، أو قائد المنطقة في الملحقات
