1 - الشكاوى
( مع مراعاة احكام المادة 58 ) من هذا القانون لكل شخص يعد نفسه متضررا من جراء جناية او
جنحة ان يقدم شكوى يتخذ فيها صفة الادعاء الشخصي الى المدعي العام او للمحكمة
( المختصة وفقا لاحكام المادة 5 ) من هذا القانون.
