1 - لا يسوغ لكل من المتداعين ان يستعين لدى المدعي العام الا بمحام واحد.
2 . - يحق للمحامي الكلام أثناء التحقيق بأذن المحقق
3 - واذا لم يأذن له المحقق بالكلام أشير الى ذلك في المحضر ويبقى له الحق في تقديم
