Article text
1 - يجري التفتيش بحضور المشتكى عليه اذا كان موقوفا.
2 - فان لم يكن موقوفا وأبى الحضور او تعذر عليه ذلك او كان موقوفا خارج المنطقة التي يجب
ان يحصل
التفتيش فيها او كان غائبا يجرى التفتيش بحضور مختار محلته او من يقوم مقامه او بحضور اثنين
من أقاربه او
شاهدين يستدعيهما المدعي العام.
