Article text
تستثنى الاموال التالية من الحجز:
1 - الالبسة الضرورية للمدين وعياله والاسرة والفرش الضرورية لهم.
2 . - بيت السكن الضروري للمدين
3 . - اواني الطبخ وادوات الاكل الضرورية للمدين وعياله
4 . - الكتب والادوات والالآت والاوعية والامتعة اللازمة لمهنة المدين او لحرفته او تجارته
5 - مقدار المؤونة اللازمة للمدين وعائلته مدة لا تتعدى موسم البيدر ومقدار البذور التي تكفي
لبذر الارض التي اعتاد
زراعتها اذا كان مزارعاً.
6 - الحيوانات اللازمة لزراعته ومعيشته اذا كان مزارعاً.
7 . - علف الحيوانات المستثناة من الحجز يكفيها مدة لا تتعدى موسم البيدر
8 . - اللباس الرسمي لمأموري الحكومة
9 . - الاثواب والحلل والادوات التي تستعمل خلال اقامة الصلاة
10 . -الحصة المستحقة للحكومة من الحاصلات سواء اكانت مقطوفة ام لم تكن
11 . -الاموال والاشياء الاميرية او المختصة بالبلدية سواء أكانت منقولة ام غير منقولة
12 . -حق المطالبة بالتعويضات
13 . -النفقة
14 . -رواتب الموظفين الا اذا كان طلب الحجز من اجل النفقة
