Article text
1 - اذا اقتنعت المحكمة بانه لا سبيل لاجراء التبليغ وفق الاصول المتقدمة لاي سبب من الاسباب
-: يجوز لها ان تأمر باجراء التبليغ على الوجه التالي
أ- بتعليق نسخة من الورقة القضائية على موضع بارز من دار المحكمة ونسخة اخرى على جانب
ظاهر للعيان من البيت المعروف انه آخر بيت كان يقيم فيه المراد تبليغه او المحل الذي كان
يتعاطى فيه عمله ان كان له بيت او محل كهذا او.
ب- بنشر اعلان في الصحف المحلية اليومية.
2 ( - اذا اصدرت المحكمة قرارا باتباع طريقة التبليغ المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 1 ) من هذه
المادة فعلى المحكمة ان تعين في قرارها موعد حضور الشخص المراد تبليغه امام المحكمة
وتقديم دفاعه اذا دعت الحاجة الى ذلك وحسب مقتضى الحال.
3 - اذا كان الشخص المراد تبليغه مقيما في المملكة فيجرى تبليغه وفق احكام التبليغ في
( المواد 18 و 19 و 20 و 21 و 22 ) ( والفقرتين 1 و 2 ) من هذه المادة من هذا القانون اما اذا كان مقيما
خارج المملكة واقتنعت المحكمة بتعذر تبليغه عن طريق الجهات الرسمية المختصة فيجوز لها
ان تبلغه عن طريق النشر في احد الصحف المحلية.
