Article text
1 - كل شخص تسلم اوراقاً قضائية او ارسلت اليه ليتولى تبليغها وفاقاً لهذا القانون يترتب عليه
ان يقوم بتبليغها واعادتها موقعة بامضائه مع شرح يشعر بوقوع التبليغ وتعتبر الاوراق القضائية
المبلغة على هذا الوجه انها بلغت وفق الاصول.
2 - القبائل الرحل او الذين يقيمون في اماكن نائية يتعذر الوصول اليها بوسائل النقل العادية
يحق للمحكمة تبليغ الاوراق القضائية الى افرادها بواسطة مخافر الدرك ويعتبر تصديق رئيس
المخفر على التبليغ في هذه الحالة بمثابة تبليغ المحضر في الاحوال المنصوص عليها في هذا
القانون.
