عدة الوفاة لغير الحامل
( المادة 139 )
النساء المتزوجات بعقد صحيح عدا الحوامل منهن اذا توفي ازواجهن يتربصن بأنفسهن اربعة
اشهر وعشرة ايام سواء دخل بهن
ام لا.
