استرداد ما دفع من المهر قبل العقد
( المادة 65 )
اذا امتنعت المخطوبة او نكس الخاطب او توفي احدهما قبل عقد النكاح فان كان ما دفع على
حساب المهر موجودا استرده عينا
وان كان فقد بالتصرف فيه او تلف استرد قيمته ان كان عرضا ومثله ان كان نقدا اما الاشياء الاخرى
التى اعطاها احدهما
للآخر على سبيل الهدية فتجري عليها احكام الهبة.
