لزوم النفقة
( المادة 67 )
تجب النفقة للزوجة على الزوج ولو مع اختلاف الدين من حين العقد الصحيح ولو كانت مقيمة
في بيت اهلها الا اذا طالبها
بالنقلة وامتنعت بغير حق شرعي ولها حق الامتناع عند عدم دفع الزوج لها مهرها المعجل او عدم
تهيئته مسكنا شرعيا لها.
