اذا انتهت مهمة المحكم باصدار حكم برده او عزله او تنحيه او وفاته او عجزه او لأي سبب آخر وجب
تعيين بديل له طبقا
للاجراءات التي تتبع في اختيار المحكم الذي انتهت مهمته.
