Article text
اذا قضت المحكمة المختصة بتأييد حكم التحكيم وجب عليها أن تأمر بتنفيذه ويكون قرارها في
ذلك قطعياً. واذا قضت ببطلان
حكم التحكيم فيكون قرارها قابلا للتمييز خلال ثلاثين يوماً من اليوم التالي للتبليغ ، ويترتب
على القرار القطعي ببطلان
حكم التحكيم سقوط اتفاق التحكيم.
