Article text
أ- لا يقبل طلب تنفيذ حكم التحكيم اذا لم يكن موعد رفع دعوى بطلان الحكم قد انقضى.
ب- يقدم طلب التنفيذ الى محكمة التمييز مرفقا بما يلي:
1 -صورة عن اتفاق التحكيم.
2 . -اصل الحكم او صورة موقعة عنه
3 -ترجمة لحكم التحكيم مصدق عليها من جهة معتمدة الى اللغة العربية اذا لم يكن ذلك
. الحكم صادرا بها
