الفصل الاول
في الجرائم التي تقع على أمن الدولة الخارجي
( 1 ) الخيانة
1 . - كل أردني حمل السلاح ضد الدولة في صفوف العدو عوقب بالاعدام
2 - كل أردني - وان لم ينتم الى جيش معاد - أقدم في زمن الحرب على عمل عدواني ضد
. الدولة عوقب بالأشغال المؤبدة
3 - كل أردني تجند بأية صفة كانت في جيش معاد ، ولم ينفصل عنه قبل أي عمل عدواني ضد
. الدولة عوقب بالأشغال المؤقتة وان يكن قد اكتسب بتجنده الجنسية الأجنبية
