( 1 ) التعاريف
1 - تعد العصابات والتجمهرات والاجتماعات غير المشروعة مسلحة بالمعنى المقصود في هذا
القانون اذا كان شخص أو أكثر من
الأشخاص الذين تتألف منهم حاملين أسلحة ظاهرة أو مخفية.
2 - على أنه إذا كان بعضهم يحمل أسلحة غير ظاهرة فلا يؤخذ هذا الأمر على سائر الأشخاص إذا
