كل من انتسب لعضوية جمعية غير مشروعة أو أشغل وظيفة أو منصباً في مثل هذه الجمعية او
قام بمهمة معتمد أو مندوب لها
( ، يعاقب بالأشغال المؤقتة في الحالات المذكورة في الفقرة 1 ) من المادة السابقة ويعاقب
بالحبس مدة لا تزيد
( على سنتين في الحالات المذكورة في الفقرة 2 ) من المادة ذاتها.
