( من عرض على شخص من الأشخاص الوارد ذكرهم في المادة 170 ) هدية او منفعة أخرى او وعده
بها ليعمل
عملاً غير حق او ليمتنع عن عمل كان يجب أن يقوم به عوقب - إذا لم يلاق العرض او الوعد قبولاً -
بالحبس لا أقل
من ثلاثة أشهر وبغرامة من عشرة دنانير الى مائتي دينار.
