( 4 ) إساءة استعمال السلطة والاخلال بواجبات الوظيفة
1 - كل موظف يستعمل سلطة وظيفته مباشرة او بطريق غير مباشر ليعوق او يؤخر تنفيذ أحكام
القوانين ، او الانظمة
المعمول بها او جباية الرسوم والضرائب المقررة قانونا او تنفيذ قرار قضائي او أي أمر صادر عن
سلطة ذات صلاحية
يعاقب بالحبس من شهر الى سنتين.
2 - اذا لم يكن الذي استعمل سلطته او نفوذه موظفاً عاماً ، يعاقب بالحبس من اسبوع الى
