كل مقاومة فعلية كانت أم سلبية توقف عملاً مشروعاً يقوم به أحد الاشخاص الذين وصفتهم
المادة السابقة ، يعاقب عليها بالحبس من ثلاثة أشهر الى سنتين او بالغرامة من مائة دينار الى ثلاثمائة
دينار.
