1 - على الرغم مما ورد في أي قانون آخر، يطلق سراح المحكوم عليه بالأشغال المؤبدة أو بالاعتقال المؤبد اذا
. أمضى من العقوبة ثلاثين سنة
2 - إذا لم يرد في هذا القانون نص خاص ، كان الحد الأدنى للحكم بالاشغال المؤقتة والاعتقال
. المؤقت ثلاث سنوات ، ولحد الأعلى عشرين سنه
