يعاقب بالحبس من شهر حتى ستة أشهر كل من :
1 - استعمل شهادة حسن أخلاق صادرة لغيره بقصد الحصول على عمل .
2 - صدرت له شهادة حسن أخلاق وأعطاها او باعها او أعارها لشخص آخر كي يستعملها بقصد
الحصول على عمل .
