Article 294 of Penal Code No. 16 of 1960
Article text
1 - من واقع انثى ( غير زوجه) اكملت الخامسة عشرة ولم تكمل الثامنة عشرة من عمرها
عوقب بالاشغال المؤقتة مدة لا تقل عن سبع سنوات .
2 - وإذا أكملت المجني عليها الثانية عشرة ولم تكمل الخامسة عشرة من عمرها فيكون الحد
الأدنى للعقوبة خمس عشرة سنة .
3 - وإذا لم تكن المجني عليها قد أكملت الثانية عشرة من عمرها فيعد مرتكبا للجرم
المنصوص عليه في الفقرة ( 2 ) من المادة ( 292 ) من هذا القانون ويعاقب بالعقوبة
المنصوص عليها فيها .
