الفصل الثاني
في الحض على الفجور والتعويض للأخلاق والآداب العامة
( 1 ) الحض على الفجور
يراد ببيت البغاء في هذا الفصل: كل دار او غرفة او مجموعة من الغرف في أي دار تقيم فيها او
تتردد إليها امرأتاناو أكثر لأجل مزاولة البغاء او اذا كانت إمراة واحدة يتردد عليها اكثر من رجل .
