يعاقب بالحبس مدة شهرين الى سنتين كل من استبقى امرأة بغير رضاها.
1 - في أي مكان ليواقعها رجل مواقعة غير مشروعة سواء أكان هذا الرجل شخصاً معيناً او غير
معين ، او
2 - في بيت البغاء.
