Article text
يعاقب بالاعدام على القتل قصداً:
1 - إذا ارتكب مع سبق الاصرار ، ويقال له ( القتل العمد ).
2 - إذا ارتكب تمهيداً لجناية او تسهيلاً او تنفيذاً لها ،او تسهيلاً لفرار المحرضين على تلك الجناية او
فاعليها او المتدخلين
فيها او للحيلولة بينهم وبين العقاب.
3 - إذا ارتكبه المجرم على أحد أصوله.
