تشدد العقوبات المنصوص عليها في المواد 333 و 334 و 334 مكررة و 335 ، بحيث يزيد
عليها من ثلثها الى نصفها اذا اقترف الفعل باحدى الحالات المبينة في المادتين 327 و 328 .
