من توعد آخر بجناية عقوبتها الاعدام او الأشغال المؤبدة او المؤقتة خمس عشرة سنة ، سواء
بواسطة كتابة
مقفلة او بواسطة شخص ثالث عوقب بالحبس من ستة أشهر الى ثلاث سنوات اذا تضمن الوعيد
الأمر باجراء عمل
ولو مشروعاً او بالامتناع عنه.
