Article text
يعاقب بالحبس حتى سنة كل من كان بائعاً او راهناً لمال او محامياً او وكيلاً لبائع او راهن:
1 - اخفى عن الشاري او المرتهن مستنداً جوهرياً يتعلق بملكية البيع او المرهون او أي حق او رهن
. آخر يتعلق به
2 - زور شهادة تتوقف او يحتمل أن تتوقف عليها الملكية.
