كل من اقتنى في الاماكن المذكورة أعلاه عيارات او مكاييل او عدد وزن او كيل مغشوشة او غير
مضبوطة ، يعاقب
بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز ثلاثة اشهر او بغرامة حتى عشرة دنانير.
