Article 457 of Penal Code No. 16 of 1960
Article text
يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة وبغرامة لا تزيد على عشرين ديناراً كل من:
1 - سيل في المياه العمومية الممنوح بها امتياز أم لا ، او سكب او رمى فيها سوائل او مواد ضارة
بالصحة او الراحة العامة
او مانعة من حسن الانتفاع بهذه المياه.
2 - القى أسمدة حيوانية او وضع أقذاراً في الأراضي الداخلة ضمن النطاق الذي حددته السلطة
. لحماية نبع تنتفع منه العامة
3 - أجرى اي عمل من شأنه تلويث النبع او المياه التي يشرب منها الغير.
