1 - يعاقب بالعقوبة التكديرية ، كل من يتعاطى بقصد الربح ، مناجاة الأرواح او التنويم
المغنطيسي او التنجيم او قراءة
الكف او قراءة ورق اللعب، وكل ما له علاقة بعلم الغيب وتصادر الألبسة والنقود والأشياء
المستعملة.
2 - يعاقب المكرر بالحبس حتى ستة أشهر وبالغرامة حتى عشرين ديناراً ، ويمكن إبعاده اذا كان
