( 2 ) اجتماع الجرائم المعنوي
1 - اذا كان للفعل عدة أوصاف ذكرت جميعها في الحكم ، فعلى المحكمة ان تحكم بالعقوبة

2 - على أنه اذا انطبق على الفعل وصف عام ووصف خاص أخذ بالوصف الخاص.
