Article 81 of Penal Code No. 16 of 1960
Article text
يعاقب المحرض أو المتدخل:
1 - أ- بالأشغال المؤبدة أو بالأشغال من عشرين سنة إلى خمس وعشرين سنة إذا كانت عقوبة

ب- بالعقوبة ذاتها إذا كانت عقوبة الفاعل الأشغال المؤبدة أو الاعتقال المؤبد.
2 - في الحالات الأخرى ، يعاقب المحرض والمتدخل بعقوبة الفاعل بعد أن تخفض العقوبة من
. السدس الى الثلث
3 - اذا لم يفض التحريض على ارتكاب جناية او جنحة الى نتيجة خفضت العقوبة المبينة في الفقرتين
