أ-مع مراعاة احكام الفقرة (ب) من هذه المادة ، تطبق احكام هذا القانون على جميع العمال
واصحاب العمل
باستثناء الموظفين العامين وموظفي البلديات 0
ب- تحدد الاحكام التي يخضع اليها عمال الزراعة والعاملون في المنازل وطهاتها وبستانييها
ومن في حكمهم
بمقتضى نظام يصدر لهذه الغاية على ان يتضمن هذا النظام تنظيم عقود عملهم واوقات
العمل والراحة والتفتيش
واي امور اخرى تتعلق باستخدامهم 0
