الفصل السابع
حماية الأجور
يحدد مقدار الأجر في العقد وإذا لم ينص عقد العمل عليه فيأخذ العامل الأجر المقدر لعمل من
نفس النوع أن وجد وإلا قدر
طبقاً للعرف فإذا لم يوجد العرف تولت المحكمة تقديره بمقتضى أحكام هذا القانون باعتباره
نزاعاً عمالياً على الأجر.
