إذا اضطر صاحب العمل إلى وقف العمل بصورة مؤقتة بسبب لا يعزى إليه وليس في وسعه
دفعة فيستحق العامل الأجر عن مدة لا
تزيد على العشرة أيام الأولى من توقف العمل خلال السنة وأن يدفع العامل نصف أجرة عن
المدة التي تزيد على ذلك بحيث
لا يزيد مجموع التعطيل الكلي المدفوع الأجر على ستين يوماًً في السنة.
