Article text
أ- للمحكمة الإدارية أن تكلف الطرفين أو أيا منهما في دعوى مقامة لديها بتقديم لائحة إضافية
أو أكثر لتوضيح أو تفصيل أي من الوقائع والأسباب الواردة في استدعاء الدعوى أو في اللائحة
الجوابية عليه، أو في الرد على اللائحة سواء قبل المباشرة في نظر الدعوى أو في أي مرحلة من
مراحلها.
ب- إذا لم تقدم أي من اللوائح الإضافية المنصوص عليها في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة خلال
المدة التي حددتها المحكمة الإدارية تعتبر الأمور التي طلبت المحكمة الإدارية تلك اللائحة
لتوضيحها أو تقديم تفاصيل بشأنها خارجة عن وقائع الدعوى وأسبابها، ولا يجوز للطرف الذي
طلبت منه ولم يقدمها الاستناد إليها في دعواه أو تقديم أي بينة بشأنها.
