عند نفاذ أحكام هذا القانون:-
أ -تحال كافة الدعاوى المنظورة امام محكمة العدل العليا الى المحكمة الإدارية للسير بها من
النقطة التي وصلت اليها .
ب- تختص المحكمة الإدارية بالنظر في جميع الدعاوى التي كانت من اختصاص محكمة العدل
العليا بموجب التشريعات النافذة قبل نفاذ أحكام هذا القانون.
