Article text
أ - يلتزم المؤمن له بإعلام المؤمّن بما يستجد من ظروف مادية أو شخصية بعد إبرام العقد تؤدي
إلى زيادة احتمال تحقق الخطر المؤمن منه أو درجة جسامته، شريطة أن تكون هذه الظروف
محددة في عقد التأمين ومؤثرة في استمراره أو في زيادة قسط التأمين، ووفقا لما يلي:
1 - إذا استجدت هذه الظروف بفعل المؤمن له أو بموافقته يتم تبليغ المؤمّن قبل حدوثها.
2 - إذا استجدت هذه الظروف بسبب لا يد للمؤمن له فيها يتم تبليغ المؤمّن عند علم المؤمن له

ب- لا تطبق أحكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة على عقود التأمين على الحياة.
